Industrial design and artisanal food knowledge: a dinner among friends where everybody brings something.
On the 18th of September the star chef Marco Stabile, L’ora d’aria Restaurant, Florence, will cook at the Boffi Studio Sydney showroom, located in the heart of Darlinghurst, for a special evening dedicated to quality, innovation and design.
The land and devoted work’s tradition are not overcome by the global world’s runaway temptation with hi-techical short cuts.
Respect of paddy fields in Piedmont, wineyards in Chianti and Franciacorta, olive trees in Marche, meat cattle in San Daniele-Friuli and milk in Parma-Reggio region and mountains in Trentino alto Adige, fields of wheat for pasta in sunny Puglia, vegetables in the coast of Tuscany, and mainly of experienced and creative agriculture for malt beer in Veneto and truffles in central Tuscany as for biscuits with almonds and expecially for growing bees and honey in Trentino walleys and old craftmen Venician “maestri vetrai” for glasses, has convinced and hallowed us to plan this journey from Italy and Mediterranean sea to the Australis island-continent.
